Do you realize that "guide", implies Natural Intelligence? We need to understand Ai systems not from a magical box perspective but from a system's programmatic architecture. What happened when we let our guards down last time? Anyone remember? The Chinese CCP put remote access boards into servers and programming software that affected systems in private industries and military defense because we became laxed and relied on what we did not know.
