Trump Tells Supreme Court He’ll Appeal Bats**t Insane E. Jean Carroll Case
President Donald Trump plans to ask the Supreme Court this fall to overturn a civil jury verdict that found he sexually abused writer E. Jean Carroll and defamed her, his attorneys said in a new court filing.
Trump’s intentions were revealed in an application docketed by the nation’s highest court on Sept. 2.
In the application, his lawyers asked the court to extend an upcoming Sept. 10 deadline for filing a petition to challenge the $5 million verdict to Nov. 10. The application was directed to Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who handles urgent appeals from New York.
Trump “intends to seek review” of “significant issues” arising out of the trial and what he termed the “erroneous” ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that affirmed the verdict, according to the application.
On June 13, a divided Second Circuit denied a rehearing in the case.
Circuit Judges Steven Menashi and Michael Park dissented from the ruling.
“These holdings conflict with controlling precedents and produced a judgment that cannot be justified under the rules of evidence that apply as a matter of course in all other cases,” Menashi said in a dissent joined by Park.
Trump’s attorney in the case, Justin D. Smith of James Otis Law Group LLC in St. Louis, Missouri, said more time was needed to file the petition
“Undersigned counsel faces a significant press of business due to many upcoming deadlines,” Smith said.
Carroll gave evidence during a 2023 trial that Trump attacked her in 1996 in a dressing room in a Manhattan department store near the Trump Tower.
In its May 2023 verdict, the federal jury held Trump liable for sexually abusing Carroll and defaming her when he made statements in October 2022 denying her allegations. The jury awarded Carroll $5 million in damages.
In another lawsuit filed by Carroll, a federal jury ordered Trump to pay $83.3 million in damages over statements he made in 2019 denying the sexual assault allegations.
A three-judge panel of the Second Circuit affirmed the verdict in December 2024, rejecting Trump’s argument that the trial judge’s ruling invalidated the trial by allowing others who accused Trump of sexual abuse to testify. Three women said Trump carried out similar acts against them in 2005 and the 1970s. Trump denied the allegations.
“President Trump has consistently and unequivocally denied Carroll’s allegations in both cases,” the new application said.
Carroll obtained the $5 million award based on “incorrect findings,” after which the federal district court “wrongly” interpreted the law and “improperly [prevented] President Trump from contesting the merits in that action,” the filing said. After that, Carroll secured the “unjust judgment of $83.3 million,” the application said.
“We do not believe that President Trump will be able to present any legal issues in the Carroll cases that merit review by the United States Supreme Court,” Roberta Kaplan, Carroll’s attorney, said on Sept. 3

Whistleblower: Top Doctor Was Murdered Before Testifying That Covid ‘Vaccines’ Are ‘Bioweapons’
A pharmaceutical industry whistleblower has spoken out to allege that a world-renowned professor, Dr. Francis Boyle, was murdered shortly before he was due to testify before a Dutch court that Covid mRNA “vaccines” were developed as deadly “bioweapons.”
As Slay News previously reported, Boyle, a bioweapons expert, wrote the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act, which was passed by Congress and signed into U.S. law in 1990 by President H. W. Bush.
Boyle, who was one of the most prominent law professors in the world, declared last year that “everyone involved” in pushing Covid mRNA shots onto the public committed “crimes against humanity.”
During an interview last summer, Dr. Boyle asserted that the “frankenshots” were part of a plan to conduct “medical experimentation” on humanity.
He warned the public that COVID-19 was developed in a lab as “an offensive biological weapon.”
Professor Boyle argued that those who pushed the mRNA injections “clearly violated the Nuremberg Code.”
Speaking during an interview with reporter Maria Zeee, Boyle declared that vax pushers are guilty of “murder” for causing deaths through “vaccine” injuries.
“Everyone involved in the development of COVID-19 as an offensive biological warfare weapon and also everyone involved in the manufacture of these COVID-19 ‘frankenshots’ clearly violated the Nuremberg Code on medical experimentation,” Boyle said.
“It was a Nuremberg crime and a crime against humanity.”
Boyle died unexpectedly in Urbana, Illinois, on January 30, 2025, at the age of 74.
His cause of death was never disclosed.
Now, a whistleblower has alleged that Boyle was murdered to prevent him from testifying on Covid “vaccines” in the Netherlands.
According to Infowars founder Alex Jones, Boyle “magically died” before he could expose evidence proving the mRNA injections were developed as bioweapons.
Jones revealed that a retired pharmaceutical company executive has disclosed that investigations are still ongoing into the “suspicious” circumstances surrounding Boyle’s death.
Boyle was reportedly planning to produce evidence in a Dutch court during a civil trial against Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and several other powerful globalists.
As Slay News has reported, Gates is being sued over his role in promoting the “vaccines” that led to surging deaths and injuries.
During a recent interview with journalist Liz Gunn and UK politician Jim Ferguson, retired pharma R&D executive Sasha Latypova raised fresh alarm over the sudden and “suspicious” death of Dr. Boyle.
She noted that he died suddenly just after he had committed to testify in court that the Covid injections are bioweapons.
Latypova stressed the significance of Boyle’s involvement, noting that he was among the few legal authorities in the world with the irrefutable expertise to classify the injections as biological weapons.
The Dutch case in question began nearly two years ago and centers on seven victims, including one who has already died from Covid shot injuries.
According to Latypova, the lawsuit names former Dutch Prime Minister (now NATO chief) Mark Rutte, WEF founder Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla as defendants.
It accused them of coordinating a “militarized campaign of democide” through lies and coercion that resulted in widespread injuries and deaths.
Adding further controversy, one of the plaintiffs’ attorneys, Arno van Kessel, was arrested in June 2025.
Police accused him of being tied to a “criminal organization” and claimed they found explosives at his home.
But as Dutch outlet De Andere Krant later reported, the so-called explosives turned out to be nothing more than a stash of old fireworks, casting serious doubt on the motives behind his detention.
