Nah they are figuring out what to do so it looks like they are fixing things but their networks can still pass through. They built the damn smuggling networks so why in the world would they actually try to shut them down?
Can anyone think of any big US protests that have actually gone off since USAID was closed? There have been several offered but I can't think of any that have actually had more than a smattering of people show up.
