Tarrifs are often placed on the goods that are involved in smuggling until changes are made in this aspect some of which there maybe no way to replace them fully in the market. They are Ostend placed in some of these ways to fund searches on the US side because the country or origin is not doing this.
This is real in this aspect so if they want it to be not there do it themselves and likely they have cheaper labor to do it with. This is that simple ok.
