I think this is some type of communication that something is going on in the Middle East aka a dune puppet or something in this way.
This is then to say that something is going on in this aspect that was maybe found. Intelligence of the US should search for like media and maybe able to tabulate some info they missed or did not know or something in the way to throw them off in some aspect.
