Charlie was shot by a sniper rifle about 400 - 600 yards away by the noise it made not by a hand gun. The shooter was slightly elevated at a 2nd or 3rd floor level, or from a up a tree, because it appears that the shot hit him a a slight downward angle.
Also, if the man who was arrested was saying shoot me, it is that attitude of a distractor and he probably was in on it. He didn't claim his innocence but that is a reaction of a guilty party. Kash needs to look at this right away.
