Now consider cameras in the building, he would be eventually caught, so he is probably still in the building by the nearest bathroom with supplies for the next day or so in either a bathroom or hiding above the ceiling tiles. Search where the last security cameras are and RF scan above. Think like they do. Unless cameras already caught someone leaving the building, he is still there, and is waiting for things to cool down, waiting on faculty members. The false arrested shooter said "shoot me" which implies some type of guilt and knowing, not what an innocent person would say, so he was a decoy, and most likely those around him and LEO might have been involved. How can you mistake him for a shooter if he had no gun? It was a diversion.
