At the age of 22, this evil kid no longer has a voice. His opinions won't be heard. Did the FBI talking heads reveal how close they were to scooping up this kid before they got the call he was surrendering? 3 hours away from the crime scene?
Maybe the task force chopper was just about to deploy the tactical team above the house?
