I'm not sold one way or the other but i thought it important to think on this. If the shooter etched on the ammo right? It assumes he wanted to be caught to have his message received. Yet he sent discord messages to his tranny boyfriend to get the gun picked up. So a couple scenarios are, he didn't have the balls after committing the act, he did it IN CASE he got caught but didn't plan to, or psyop. What are anons thoughts?
