I've posted here several times about LongIslandAudit going to Connecticut State Trooper Brian Fahey's house and doing what's called a "knock and talk", which every citizen journalist has a RIGHT to do just like cops, to ask him about alleged overtime theft.

Fahey came out with a gun threatening him and spit in his face. LongIslandAudit was initially arrested, then Fahey was arrested and charged only with "disorderly conduct". He denied spitting intentionally or threatening with the weapon. IA did their normal ignore everything investigation.

Here is audio of the 911 call, where Fahey he threatens to shoot him, and says "yes I spit on you!".

It proves he lied, it proves other officers covered it up. All for a citizen journalist exercising his RIGHT and exposing him. Do you think Fahey will go to prison where he belongs?

If anyone bothered to read the IA report and listen to the 911 audio, they'd see IA left out where he CLEARLY stated his intent to shoot Shawn, a journalist, which is premeditated intent to kill, again, a JOURNALIST for doing a constitutionally protected "walk and talk". He was only charged with disorderly conduct for threatening to shoot him and spitting in his face in an attempt to illicit a violent reaction.

Seems some only care about Truth and Light when it comes to their bank account, not in holding those who abuse the public accountable.

A journalist asking questions about your allegged crimes is nagative intent?

Spitting on someone and threatening to shoot them for a lawful knock and talk is a crime, and it's a hell of a lot more that "disorderly conduct". You don't get to spit on people, especially with intent to cause a response that gives you "justification" to shoot.

Spitting really? Stop acting like an animal.

I've been posting here every day.

CK's "death" is an op for narrative, what I care about is that government is lawless and law enforcement cover for each others crimes.

Do you remember when Jesus said think not that He came to bring peace but a sword? He also said He did not lose any of those the Father gave Him and then died on the cross to set them free?

People like to claim He is without sin, but He Himself told us, the one who handed Him over committed the greater sin. No one took His life, HE GAVE IT. When Peter tried to stop him saying it must never happen, Jesus rebuked him saying he didn't have in mind the concerns of God. He said it must happen to fulfill prophesy, because many believe prophesy HAS to happen, even though scripture literally tells them it doesn't.

He is counted among the transgressors.

Nonsense, learn the law. Everyone, cops, journalists, even girl scouts, have the right to walk to your front door and "knock and talk" as long as they do so at a reasonable time of day (something cops forget) and do not pass a fence/locked gate, EVEN WITH no trespassing signs.

More nonsense. Every citizen has free press rights, which means every citizen involved in the the COLLECTION of information of public interest, and the DISSEMINATION of that information to the public via a medium such as print or video, is a journalist.

Whether you like it or not, civil rights auditing and investigative jounalism into corrupt public servants is of ever increasing public interest, as evidenced by how fast the auditing community and viewership is growing.

There's a reason a Free Press CRUSHES tyrants. You shouldn't confuse state/corporate shills in MSM for press.

Castle doctrine doesn't apply. Castle Doctrine allows you to stand your ground and not retreat from an intruder/threat in your home, it does not allow you to shoot someone who is not a threat that simply walked to your door, such as a journalist, because you deem they're moving too slowly to leave.

What about if they fell and couldn't walk to get off your property, did you think you get to shoot them then too?

You can use deadly force against a threat, not a non threat.
