Cure the autism and they won't need training. Some will get it right away. This just allows more people in who will never leave and probably never leave those positions- which hurts those who need those jobs, even if they are trained. It still stops upward job advancement. Besides, how much of that technology came from America in the first place? The blueprints will be around here somewhere.
