A censure resolution (H.Res.676) was introduced on Sep 3, 2025, by Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY) against Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL), citing allegations of harassment, assault, stolen valor, and financial disclosure issues. A second one by Rep.
