I don't have a heart problem but I was using it as a prophylactic to clear out plaque. Messaged my mother if she was using Tylenol or other meds while pregnant with me so waiting on that answer. I particularly remember a vaccine they gave everyone at my school in 8th grade that I wasn't expecting and maybe they even did it without letting the parents know. Anyways after that vaccine I went downhill too with acne and worse allergies.
Yeah I went to Cali for a week and unpasteurized milk was easily available at the stores. I only drank that one 1L bottle I bought and skin and hair looked noticeably great afterwards.
It's not easy to find it in my current situation though. I should check out nearby farmer's markets is my best chance.
Maybe it would lose like half its efficacy overtime but I'd rather just be consistent with it and take the 50% resistance than lose my habit of taking it if that makes sense. I take 1-2 250mg pills per day.
