I wish there was a mechanism where people across the country agree to pay for a group that would investigate cults mafia gang cabal RICO etc and bring them to justice……… maybe we can call it a tax and we can have national government that would administer them. And such government would be agreed upon by the consent of the people and stay within contains set forth by some rules…..we can call it The Constitution for the United States of America
