400 kg is enough material for multiple nuclear devices (roughly 8–26, depending on design).

New evidence has emerged of Mossad’s involvement in the 1978 abduction and murder of #Italian Prime Minister Aldo Moro, a figure known for his pro-Palestinian stance.
In an interview with The Grayzone, veteran journalist Eric Salerno cited former Red Brigades member Alberto Franceschini, who claimed that Mossad was in contact with the group from the outset and had offered weapons and logistical support to destabilize Italy.
These assertions were framed within the wider Cold War context, where both Israeli and #US intelligence services allegedly sought to suppress Moro’s independent foreign policy, particularly his dialogue with the Palestinian Liberation Organization.
Salerno also revisited #Italy’s deep-rooted intelligence cooperation with “Israel,” arguing that successive governments facilitated covert Mossad operations.
