Only in California can this happen:

Couple pays off house. Has title and full re conveyance of said home. Three years later BofA attempts to claim title on the house. They never had a home loan with BofA. California is a non judge foreclosure state. Meaning anyone can file, without proof apparently, and claim your house as their own. YOU have to fight to keep what is legally yours in California. Now, even though the county has recorded the title, they have to prove they own the house.

Is that the American dream? Is that what we're fighting for? For those who started this game, may a thousand camels ejaculate on their face for all eternity. May a thousand pineapples be shoved up their asses.

This couple is leaving California for good. Spain and the third temple awaits.
