They are DEFACTO courts, and completely devoid of Constitutional Laws, for Due Process, Preponderance of Evidence, Innocent until Proven Guilty, and most times, you're not even allowed to face your accuser (THE STATE SOCIAL WORKERS) or their fake ass "REPORTS" because they're "CONFIDENTIAL."
