Judge moves Comey arraignment up a day, citing security concerns

A federal judge decided on Monday to move the arraignment for former FBI Director James Comey up one day this week because of security concerns at the courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia.

Comey was previously scheduled to appear at his arraignment on Thursday.

“Because there are multiple previously-scheduled matters that are expected to draw large numbers of people to the courthouse at the same time as the arraignment, and because it is necessary to ensure the security of the Court, the parties, and the public, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant is summoned to appear for arraignment before this Court on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.,” U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff wrote.

 

It remains unclear what other court cases are expected to draw large crowds on Thursday.

 

Last month, Comey was indicted by a federal grand jury on two felony counts for obstructing a congressional proceeding and making a false statement to Congress.

Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Agency official Oleh Alexandrov has told the state news agency Ukrinform that China has been directly assisting Russia with intelligence for use on the battlefield in Ukraine.

 

Specifically he said China is providing foreign intelligence to target those sites in Ukraine which benefit from foreign investment, meaning Western-backed and funded facilities, likely such as weapons production sites.

 

"There is evidence of a high level of cooperation between Russia and China in conducting satellite reconnaissance of the territory of Ukraine in order to identify and further explore strategic objects for targeting," said Alexandrov. "As we have seen in recent months, these sites may belong to foreign investors."

 

The Kremlin on Monday responded by rejecting the allegation, saying that it possesses all capabilities to not have to rely on any outside country or ally.

 

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov when specifically asked about the new allegation from Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Agency said as follows:

 

"We have our own capabilities, including space capabilities, to accomplish all the tasks the special military operation poses," he told reporters.

 

But the last year of the war has seen Moscow deepen its cooperation both with the Chinese and North Korean militaries.

 

The presence of North Korean troops within Russian forces is well-known, but Kiev has more recently alleged Chinese troops are fighting alongside Moscow forces as well.

 

There's also reported to be training programs between Russian and Chinese militaries. For example, Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Directorate has told local media, the Kyiv Post, that "The Kremlin has decided to allow Chinese military personnel to study and adopt the combat experience Russia has gained in its war against Ukraine."

A document, reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed that Smith and his “Arctic Frost” team investigating Jan. 6 were reportedly tracking the phone calls of GOP Sens. When the Israeli authorities condoned the massacres of Palestinians in Lebanon at Sabra and Shatilla, Naeim Giladi moved to the United States, revoked his Israeli citizenship and became an American citizen. In order to publish his book translated into English, Giladi spent $60,000 out of pocket, or rather out of proceeds from the sale of his house in Israel. He mentions that on Sept 12, 1990, the New York State Supreme Court issued a restraining order, at the request of the Israeli government, to prevent the publication of Victor Ostrovsky’s book, “By Way of Deception: The Making and Unmaking of a Mossad Officer.” (The New York State Appeals Court lifted the ban the next day.)

 

Giladi now considers the Zionst program to be criminal from the beginning, because Zionist leaders knew, that in order to establish a Jewish state, they had to expel the indigenous Palestinians and import hundreds of thousands Jews (first 232,00 from Soviet satellite states and then 547,000 from the Arab states). Vladimir Jabotinsky (Włodzimierz Żabotyński) frankly admitted that such a transfer of population could only be brought by force and terror.

 

To drive Jews out of their homes in countries such as Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary pogroms were staged by the NKVD in Kielce in the Soviet occupied eastern Europe. The best known of these is the pogrom of Kielce on the 4th of July, 1946. There also occurred two pogroms in Bratislava and four pogroms in Budapest in 1945-1947, etc. But the Pogrom in Poland received most publicity, because it could “kill two birds with one stone,” so to speak: persuade the Polish Jews to leave for Israel, and convince the western powers that only a strong Soviet hand could keep “anti-Semitic” Poland from “doing harm to Jews.”

 

Subsequently the Zionists organized, with Soviet permission, the exit of some 711,000 Jews from countries behind the “Iron Curtin.” The Zionists also organized the terror in the Arab states and caused the flight of Jews from Bagdad, Damscus, and other Arab cities in 1950-1951, and later.

 

In the early 1950s an Iraqi investigator published in Arabic a book of the1950-51 bombings in Bagdad. In 1949, Israel sent the spy Mordechai Ben-Porat to Iraq, to offer the government of el-Said in Bagdad, large financial incentives to enact a law that would take away the citizenship from the Iraqi Jews so that they would be forced to migrate to Israel. Uri Avnery, writing in the magazine Haolam Hazel, accused Ben-Porat of the Bagdad bombings. Ben- Porat is still called Morad Abu al-Knabel or “Mordechai of the Bombs.”

 

Giladi asked Ben-Gurion: why, since Israel is a democracy with a parliament, does it not have a constitution? Ben-Gurion answered: “Look boy if we have a constitution, we have to write in it the border of our country. And this is not our border, my dear.” Asked: “Then where is the border?,” Ben-Gurion answered: “Wherever the Sahal (Israeli army) will come, this is the border.”

 

Thus, according to Naeim Giladi “Jews killed Jews to create the state of Israel. ” He is the author of the book mentioned before: “Ben-Gurion’s Scandals: How The Haganah and Mossad Eliminated Jews.” Ghiladi’s book provides ample proof for that statement. Immigration attorney explains green card denial of former Des Moines superintendent

 

DES MOINES, Iowa —

Ian Roberts, the former superintendent of Des Moines Public Schools, was arrested by ICE over a week ago, and a local immigration attorney is now shedding light on why Roberts may have been denied a green card four times.

 

Matt Mauntel-Medici, an immigration attorney with BrownWinick Law Firm in Des Moines, explained that once someone falls out of legal status, it is difficult to regain it, which may have been the case for Roberts.

 

Mauntel-Medici said, "Typically speaking, you need to show that you were in some type of status at the time."

 

He noted that once a green card application is denied, it becomes challenging to get it approved in the future, which could have been Roberts' situation.

 

The Department of Homeland Security reported that Roberts' initial green card application in 2001 was denied, along with three subsequent applications in 2018.

 

Mauntel-Medici suggested that Roberts might have had an inadmissibility issue, such as working without authorization or overstaying a visa, preventing him from adjusting his immigration status.

 

"They could also be looking for evidence that you maintained your status, so that's important when you're adjusting status show that you were in proper immigrant status when you applied," Mauntel-Medici said.

Mace Demands SC Attorney General Release All Data on Child Predator Cases Prosecuted, Sentenced and Dismissed

 

Charleston, S.C. Monday, October 6, 2025 - Congresswoman Nancy Mace called for transparency from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson following revelations he dismissed over 92% of child pornography and child sexual exploitation cases in Dorchester County from 2019 to 2022.

 

According to official data obtained through a South Carolina Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office (SCAG) disposed of 385 cases involving child pornography and sexual exploitation of minors in Dorchester County from January 1, 2019 to 2022. Of those:

 

356 cases were dismissed outright, representing 92.5% of all cases he “prosecuted.”

Only 29 cases resulted in convictions, a conviction rate of just 7.5%.

Of those 29 convictions, only two defendants received any active prison time, with the rest receiving probation or time-served sentences.

The average age of pending cases in Dorchester County is 740 days, more than two years, with 324 cases pending.

 

“This data is appalling and indefensible,” said Congresswoman Mace. “When almost every single child predator case is being dismissed and nearly every conviction results in a slap on the wrist, it is a betrayal of justice and an active threat to Lowcountry children.”

 

The data, originally documented in the First Circuit Solicitor’s 2022–2023 Dorchester County budget request, explicitly stated law enforcement agencies within the First Judicial Circuit have lost confidence in the Attorney General’s Office due to its failure to prosecute child exploitation cases efficiently and its leniency in negotiating sentences.

 

First Circuit Solicitor David Pascoe formally requested his office take over prosecution of these cases from the SCAG, citing both “failure by the SCAG to prosecute these cases efficiently” and a pattern of lenient plea bargains that undermine pedophile victims.

 

Mace added, “The Attorney General has a duty to protect the most vulnerable among us: our children. Instead, he’s failing them, and local prosecutors are being forced to pick up the pieces.”

 

Calls for State Oversight and Reform

 

Mace called on the South Carolina Legislature and oversight bodies to conduct an immediate review of how the SCAG has been managing these cases statewide.

 

“If this is happening in Dorchester County, where 92.5% of all pedophile cases prosecuted by the Attorney General are dismissed, how many other counties are seeing the same failures?” Mace asked. “We need full reporting from the Attorney General’s Office. Families deserve to know why so many child predators are walking free, not on any sex registry and free to continue to abuse children on the AG’s watch.”

 

Congresswoman Mace emphasized this is not a partisan issue but a moral one.

 

“Protecting children from sexual exploitation should never be political,” she said. “The data speaks for itself and parents in South Carolina deserve answers.”

 

Rep. Mace announced plans to send a formal letter to the U.S. Department of Justice requesting an independent audit of the SCAG’s handling of Internet Crimes Against Children prosecutions and coordination with local solicitors. Rep. Mace also plans to demand an investigation by the S.C. Inspector General’s Office. And if the Attorney General doesn’t provide statewide data immediately it’s not out of the realm of possibility that he be forced to resign.
