What is not well known is that on October 19 2016. 3 major accidents happening back to back. Shut down I95. prompting a county wide traffic lock down and mid day school evacuations.
What are the chances that two chemical spills happen in the last known locations of the guantanomo express?
Is it a coincidence that it happened near a cia black ops location ?
Was some sort of battle / firefight taking place? All major roads were shut down, local schools evacuated mid day. REsidents ordered to shelter in place due to toxic fumes.
