Unfortunately a large number of local police depts and state police agencies are de facto protectors of the pedophile elite, and will only throw out a prosecution when someone steps out of line and forgets to play ball, or a sacrificial lamb needs to be provided for the general public.
Any grassroots effort against pedophiles, or any class of sex criminals really, is going to find itself at war with very well-equipped forces who know how to shoot straight and are allowed by law to blast your ass into tiny bits.
Federal, alphabet agency, clown subsidiaries who need to hold sex parties with kids also have to ensure they are not inconvenienced by local constables: The way they make that happen is by firm control of state and local PDs.
Thus even though it seems like the most amenable area for vigilante action, it truly is not.
Be smart and let the corrupt law enforcement agencies be torn down and rebuilt by those able to do so.
