Chicago TV Station Employee Arrested for Allegedly Throwing Objects at Border Patrol Vehicle, Later Released Without Charges
An employee with Chicago TV station WGN, Debbie Brockman, was arrested by Border Patrol agents Friday morning for allegedly throwing objects at a Border Patrol vehicle. WGN reported the employee was released later on Friday without any charges filed against her, however Border Patrol in Chicago on Saturday appeared to indicate charges may be filed.
The arrest comes after a federal judge barred the federal government from using force against journalists covering ICE raids and protests in Chicago.
This compilation video posted by USA Today shows Brockman being detained and put into a Border Patrol vehicle. The video is edited to remove a Border Patrol agent warning a vehicle boxing them in to move before the agents took evasive action to escape by hitting the car blocking their path. The New York Post published the unedited video showing the agent warning the blocking vehicle to move. This overhead video shows agents struggling to get the heavyset Brockman off the pavement and into their vehicle.

In 2019, Extinction Rebellion’s American branch staged a series of disruptive protests in Washington, D.C., seizing control of intersections around the Capitol. Dozens were arrested.
Their stated mission is nothing less than forcing “rebellion” against what they call the government’s “criminal inaction” on climate.

In a shocking admission, Democrats are now saying they won’t end the Schumer Shutdown until planes are falling out of the sky.
On October 1 at 12:01 am, the government partially shut down because two measures failed in the Senate.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer rejected the House-passed, clean, short-term stopgap funding bill to keep the government open.
Instead of working with Republicans to responsibly extend funding until November, Schumer chose a shutdown.Airports across the nation went dark because Schumer’s priority is to give illegal aliens taxpayer-funded healthcare.Dueling proposal to fund the government have failed seven times in the Senate.
According to CNN, Democrats are willing to keep the government shut down for several more weeks if Republicans do not give in and give illegal aliens healthcare. “Congressional Democrats are privately preparing to hold their position in the shutdown standoff for several more weeks if Republicans do not agree to their health care demands – and not even a missed paycheck for US troops will force them to yield,” CNN reported.
“Another senior Democratic aide said as long as public perception is in their favor, the party will not concede short of “planes falling out of the sky.”” – CNN reported.
