They believe this type of rhetoric is playing on the fence but it is actually a veiled threat and an actual goal, which they will most likely blame on the Republicans and President Trump. There is what we call a line of demarcation, and that line is ‘Planes Are Falling Out of the Sky’. They use 'short of' as a means for plausible deniability of their intent, but the fact is, is that it is a=Criteriathat they need to see, in order to stop the shutdown, and nothing before hand will satisfy that request. Test them, and let them know, that there are a high probability of ‘Planes Are Falling Out of the Sky’ right now, and to open the government immediately. If they refuse, then have them all arrested for conspiracy and intent to commit murderer of US citizens by using dereliction of duty of their political office to kill the American people for political gain. If they refuse to open government, then, they have an intention to wait for the actualcriteriaof ‘Planes Are Falling Out of the Sky’ thus killing American citizens. Do not let them get away with this, this is treason of the highest order!!!

Remember, we are not only talking about public and civilian aircraft, but Military aircraft. If our servicemembers are not being paid, then they might not show for work, order or replace parts, do normalized work due to numerous financial restrictions and constraints. There is no "short of' when you have acriteriathat is equal to. That would be impossible to know and was used for plausible deniability of their intent. Call them out now, and let them know US Military planes are at risk of falling out of the sky, if they refuse to open the government up, then you have them going past their line of demarcation = to "short of' and if that criteria is negated then it proves the fact that they are waiting intentionally for 'Planes to fall out of the sky' with intent to cause the loss of life of American citizens. As soon as we make that claim that our Military jets are at risk of falling out of the sky, they must open government up or be charged with treason and sedition.
