Wow, I have been saying that for about 30 years now. It is a tactic that is used so they do not have to hire you. These scumbags could act like that for years because their business never relied on profits but money stolen from Government contracts like USAID that props them up. I always knew this and came into this realization by the time I went from Main street to Wall street, it is all propped up cabal, that if they had to really compete, would be out of business in a very short while. This why I knew, they were protecting how they make their fortunes when we discovered USAID.
