for me the tell is that holocaust memorials and museums seem to be money laundering operations that extort money from public projects pretending tht they sue to protect the environment and then drop the law suit which is followed by a donation to some 'memorial' or museum. Often times there is no list of names.

Oh, and also, the same groups never make an effort for any other type of memorial, say, for example, for victims of Communism.
