I feel you. Anon had to teach oneself because Anon was never able to make a connection with an adult growing up, so Anon tends to be brutally blunt, which understandably rubs many people the wrong way. Learning how "normal" people work, to become capable of engaging with them in a meaningful way, is difficult but fulfilling work.

Have you considered that those you're talking about have no idea who you are, and what's important to you, because you've never told them?
