jus muh 2cents..
i had a doc prescribe statins ounce for high bp. i parked muh self at a bp machine every morning. three reading prior and three readings 20 minutes after.
the results were horrifying. muh baseline bp was HIGH, really HIGH to start with, but the statins spiked it to 190 / 115
i told the doc, she called me a liar, i fired her on the spot.
now ten / fifteen years later.. i'm still not convinced. but one thing is sure, atfer seven stents, over two procedures oct09 and oct15/2025, i have text book bp. and yes, i take a statin pill every afternoon, along with a half dozen or so other meds. the point is simple, it's the cocktail of meds that keep muh bp in check
so, ymmv, but this is muh testimony at this time!
