President Trump should suggest to the democrats that a 'ball room' can also be used for other events in off hours such as 'food distribution to the homeless' or 'greeting unionist wage slaves' which will become very very important if Democrats ever return to that locale in residence.
I might also be used for immpromtu wrestling events, or for hosting winning teams such as the 'men's 'ladies olympic team' of transgenders that would surely be the winners if the democrats should ever return to that residence.
