Am I paranoid or not? I never think sending in a ballot before election day is a good idea. I always go to a polling place and drop in the locked box.
In California, they are ALREADY COUNTING the ballots! They will know then, how many fake voter's ballots they need to add, to win.
It makes it harder for them to cheat if they only have one day to count.
