Insane case. He gave them sedatives in order to rape them but the drugs happened to be laced with fentanyl which put them in a death rattle. Based on the charges, (forcible rape, sodomy, penetration by force) it appears he raped and sodomized them anyway, dropped both off at the ER, and fled but they died anyway.
