>if the bank changed the number, it is their fault no ours. I really would be nice, if someone with authority from the Q Team could call the bank and force them to correct their own mistake, and have the manager there call us

Something is up with this bank, they require phone authentication just knowing the card # and the last 4 digits of your phone, which is a major security violation. It is supposed to be card # and pin. Any vendor has access to your card number when you use it, and phone numbers are handed out on resumes, to friends, when ordering packages, etc… As someone who worked at all the major banks, this seems like a blatant violation of security protocols and can be easily used to harass people or steal money, which this account has had $23 stolen on a consistent basis. I need you to have Kash and Pam look into this right away, I can almost guarantee you that they certain policies for some and different ones for others. In a banking system, pins are always encrypted and phone numbers are usually plain text, so it makes access highly attainable to a variety of parties, especially DS and their cronies. At least if you guess a pin a few times wrong, it will lock out the account for at least a duration if not permanently but with phone numbers, many can get it right the very first time.
