BREAKING❗️: The Pentagon has given the White House the green light to provide Ukraine with long-range Tomahawk missiles after assessing that it would not negatively impact US stockpiles, leaving the final political decision in President Donald Trump’s hands, according to three US and European officials familiar with the matter.
Trump said earlier this month during a working lunch with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House that he would rather not provide the missiles to Ukraine because “we don’t want to be giving away things that we need to protect our country.”
The Joint Staff informed the White House of its assessment earlier this month, just before Trump met with Zelensky who has been pushing for the missiles to more effectively target oil and energy facilities deep inside Russia. Tomahawks have a range of around 1,000 miles.

Voting machine company Smartmatic (SGO Corp Ltd) made their initial appearance in federal criminal court today.
Smartmatic will be arraigned on charges of Conspiracy to Violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Conspiracy to Engage in Money Laundering, and Money Laundering on Nov 11, 2025.
Multiple execs for the company and a Philippine election official were already federally charged in September 2023 with bribery, conspiracy, and money laundering in relation to a scheme that corruptly awarded $180 million worth of contracts for voting machines to the company.
Now the company itself is facing criminal charges and forfeiture of everything connected to the criminal scheme.

FAA Declares Airspace Over Ceiba, Puerto Rico ‘National Defense Airspace’ Amid Rumors of a U.S. Potential Land Strike on Venezuela
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has restricted all flights over Ceiba, Puerto Rico over “Special security reasons.”
In a Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM), the FAA warned that “no pilots are permitted to operate aircraft within the affected airspace.”
The FAA flight restriction also noted only Department of Defense aircrafts are allowed to fly in the restricted airspace.
The restriction of flights in the area will be quite long as the NOTAM states the effective dates are from November 01, 2025 to
March 31, 2026.

Judge Nachmanoff brings in Magistrate Judge Fitzpatrick to handle all issues related to the privileged material in this case.
That material was seized pursuant to four search warrants on Daniel Richman that were authorized as part of the Arctic Haze media leak investigations over five years ago.
Daniel Richman is Person 3 from the Comey indictment.
In the screenshot are some of the questions the magistrate tasked with resolving ahead of a filter team protocol being implemented in the case.
A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for Nov. 5, 2025.
