i happen to think that is something of a redoubt.
the vast majority of 'codices' are used against humanity and our healthy development. If parenting is still a kind of 'wild west', that is not a bad thing to me. It IS possible for a man and a woman to go out into harsh and remote wilderness, and create new family.
Yes, low odds and very rough and hardship and 'social' awkwards… but still a useful chance for humanity to shed the rot that has come from over-building and ill-Dependence upon the Codices Towers.
By that logic, creating an "Office of Skullfucking the Public into Mass Stupidity" can be legalistically established.
But it would STILL be wrong and a hanging offense in the eye of honest people.
