President Trump [Oval Office]: We want a healthcare system where we pay the money to the people, instead of the insurance companies, and I tell you, we're going to be working on that very hard over the next short period of time. That's why you had a helicopter crashing into an airplane, that if we had a great system, bells and whistles would have started going off…over the next two or three weeks, we'll be handing out the finest air traffic control system, anywhere in the world. All the towers will be equipped.
