It is actually treasonous what they are doing with trying to block tariffs or to make us pay them back. The courts have no say whatsoever, our courts and Congress only have domestic charters not international. Only the POTUS can make agreements and contract for the government with foreign entities and not be considered treasonous. Congress has the authority of checks and balances but only after the fact of any deals made to safeguard our country and that would have to be by convening and voting on resolutions. These are all known facts. Please tell me where they have a charter to make any contracts with foreign entities if anyone can?
