Trump made public statements about not wanting to release the Epstein files and the democrats took that and ran with it to imply his guilt. Trying to sound like they want to release the files while simultaneously doing everything to block the release in congress.

Seems to me like a lot of pieces are being preemptively removed from play to either help with something behind the scenes or protect them form the fallout. McAfee was the first one that gave me the suspicion that that was going on.
All legal drugs are legal for a reason, most illegal drugs are illegal for a reason. Even coffee. That said, freedom the greater good. Freedom often creates a greater greater good than control and oppression to force a greater good. Humanity can't evolve and learn if everything dangerous is illegal or controlled.
I think you misunderstood what I said.
Just like I think we should let kids stick forks in electrical outlets. Maybe we should educate children on the effects of drugs rather than programs like DARE that introduce children to drugs. Crack is just one drug out of many, and I'm not suggesting zero controls for all drugs. Like fentanyl has no real value AFAIK outside of killing people.
Most drug abuse is a symptom. And no one wants to talk about or address the problem. So it's the never ending scapegoat.
