Doesn't matter. Companies with an HR dept are overwhelmingly run by lazy liberal women, and aren't worth pursuing. Find a family business with a handful of people, much less political/PC BS. And no automatically filtering your resume because your 10+years of experience doesnt include a bachelor degree in underwater transgender studies.
I'd be trying to find a startup or even try to open your own servicing locals if I were in IT. In that game, you are the product. If youre good, you'll do well, especially as the foreigners start leaving.
