So here's what's bugging me about the "vaccines cause autism" stuff.

I'm sperg. Born that way ~70 years ago. Not diagnosed until I was an adult, but it was obvious that I was different than my siblings.

The current vaccine schedule did not exist. The only vaccine I remember getting was the sugar cube for polio in the '60s. I was different before then.

So 1. how did I get it? (I am leaning towards hereditary for reasons not mentioned.)

1. is it the same as the "autism" that kids have now?

2. is it just different kinds of brain damage being lumped under one convenient label?
