Iranian Navy Loitering in Bandar Abbas Harbor

On a visit earlier this month to the headquarters of the IRGC Navy's 2nd Naval District in Bushehr, Deputy Chief of the Armed Forces Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi stated that the presence of Iranian naval forces on Iran's maritime borders “instills such fear in enemies that they do not even dare to look sideways at these waters and lands.” During his visit, Brigadier Vahidi inspected some speedboats and a gallery of IRGC Navy martyrs who have fallen on operations this year.

 

However, satellite imagery of Bandar Abbas Naval Harbor, taken on November 21, shows that most of the principal ships of the Regular Iranian Navy (Nedaja) are tied up in the harbor. All five of the Nedaja’s five operational Alvand and Moudge Class frigates are on dockside berths, as well as the intelligence collection frigate IRINS Zagros (H313).

 

Both long-range fleet resupply ships vessel IRINS Makran (K441) and IRINS Kurdestan (K442), are on their permanent pier in the outer basin. Two of the larger logistics vessels often used to support Nedaja deployments, for example to the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, namely the Hengam Class landing ships (IRINS Tonb (L513) and Lavan (L514) are alongside, with a third vessel of the class, IRINS Larak (L512), still under refurbishment in the floating dry dock close by. Unfortunately, the imagery available is not of sufficient resolution to determine how many of the Nedaja's submarines are in the harbor.

 

Since the 12-Day War, the Nedaja has, like this morning, been largely tied up in Bandar Abbas. The permanent presence in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, maintained since 2008, has been allowed to lapse, and Maritime Executive has not seen evidence of naval deployments into international waters for many months. With the exception of a small-scale drone and missile firing in August this year, as part of Exercise Sustainable Power 1404, exercise activity has appeared to have ceased, and it remains to be seen if Exercise Maritime Security Belt, the annual joint exercise with Russia and China, takes place during its regular slot in March every year. At a bare minimum, one might expect to see the long-range two-ship training cruise for naval cadets set out, which normally takes place in February.

 

Such an extended period of inactivity is likely to affect the operational training standards and perhaps sap the morale of the Nedaja commanders and sailors. The inactivity could indeed be a consequence of poor morale within the fleet.

 

In two unusual recent incidents, uniformed members of Iran's regular armed forces have made public demonstrations against the current regime in Iran, displaying the national flag of Iran as it was before the Islamic Revolution in 1979. One of these demonstrations took place at a Tehran metro station, with a colonel and lieutenant in uniform seen being arrested within 5 minutes of unfurling a pre-1979 flag on the station platform. IRGC Basij internal security forces were also seen rehearsing riot drills in Mashhad on November 15, as authorities prepare for possible internal disturbances likely in the wake of general unrest and nationwide shortages of water in particular.

 

Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian's warning that in two weeks Tehran would run out of water has since passed without any rainfall to alleviate the situation, and the President is now saying that moving the capital is essential. On top of shortages of drinking water, the drop in the water table is threatening land subsidence in Tehran - in an area where buildings are already vulnerable to earthquake damage. Without indicating that any finance is available to fulfil such a plan, officials say the intention is to move the capital to the port city of Chah Bahar on the Indian Ocean.

When Lawmakers Lecture the Military: Why the “Unlawful Orders” Video Invites Confusion 1/2

 

A group of six Democratic lawmakers with military or national security backgrounds released a video in November 2025 urging U.S. service members and intelligence personnel to refuse unlawful orders. Participants included Senator Elissa Slotkin, Senator Mark Kelly, Representative Jason Crow, Representative Chris Deluzio, Representative Maggie Goodlander, and Representative Chrissy Houlahan. Their message emphasized that the oath is to the Constitution, not to any leader, and warned that threats to constitutional order can arise “from within.”The lawmakers said troops “can and must refuse illegal orders,” a claim that is technically correct under military law. They framed the message as a reminder of constitutional duty rather than a political statement.

 

What the Law Actually Says

Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice,service members must follow lawful orders. Executing an unlawful order can expose them to prosecution, especially if it involves clear criminal activity.However, refusing a lawful order is itself a punishable offense, and the legality of an order is often not immediately obvious in real operational situations. This is why Judge Advocate General (JAG) officers exist at every command leveland why the system emphasizes clarity through the chain of command rather than personal legal interpretation by junior troops. As observers noted, asking individual service members to make on-the-spot legal judgments without guidance can put them at enormous personal risk.

Backlash and Escalation

The political fallout arrived immediately. President Donald Trump denounced the video, calling the lawmakers “traitors” and claiming their behavior was “seditious” and “punishable by death.” He amplified posts on his social media platform calling for their arrest. Critics of Trump said his reaction showed a willingness to weaponize charged rhetoric against political opponents, while supporters argued that encouraging troops to question orders invites disorder. Several of the lawmakers responded that they would not be intimidated and insisted the message simply restated long-established legal principles.

 

Why the Video is Misguided

The video also faced criticism from nonpartisan observers and military advocates. Many argued themessaging was vague. Thelawmakers did not identify any specific order they believed might be unlawful, nor did they offer examplesillustrating what troops should or should not obey.Without context, the phrase “refuse illegal orders” can blur the line between legitimate legal instruction and political signaling. For a system that depends on discipline, clarity and stability,ambiguity is a real problem.

 

Civil-Military Implications

The civil-military implications are serious. Civilian control of the military rests on a clear hierarchy: Congress passes laws, the executive directs operations, and the military follows lawful commands. When lawmakers address troops directly about which orders to follow, they can unintentionally disrupt that structure. The concern is not that they restated a false legal principle – the obligation to reject manifestly unlawful orders is real – but that they bypassed the chain of command to deliver it.

SCOTUS: A major Eleventh Circuit ruling just declared that COVID beach closures in Florida were a physical taking. Officers blocked owners from their own land & threatened arrest. Judge Lagoa says this violated the Fifth Amendment. Other lockdown policies are now be vulnerable.

 

In a major property rights ruling, the Eleventh Circuit overturned the district court & held that Walton County’s 2020 beach shutdown commandeered private land. Officers used private property as patrol zones & excluded owners entirely, which Judge Barbara Lagoa said triggered automatic compensation under the Takings Clause. The panel emphasized that government cannot bar citizens from their own land under the guise of public health. This case may head to the Supreme Court & reshape post COVID constitutional law.

The Eleventh Circuit ruled that Walton County’s April 2020 beach closures were not regulatory limits but a physical seizure of private land. Officers occupied property, blocked owners from entering & enforced the order with threats of arrest. Judge Barbara Lagoa compared the case to Cedar Point Nursery, holding that government exclusion equals a per se taking. This marks one of the strongest judicial condemnations of pandemic era abuses. 🚨URGENT: American truck driver sounds the alarm that some foreign drivers who were put out of service for failing required English-proficiency standards are getting back on the road with invalid CDL licenses.

 

Two days ago, her truck was hit by a foreign driver who then tried to flee the scene. She called police and followed him, making it clear he wasn’t going to escape.

 

When she confronted him, she discovered he relied entirely on a translation app to communicate. After digging further, she learned that just a month earlier, this same driver had been placed out of service for failing the English-proficiency test required to maintain his CDL.

 

Obviously, simply suspending CDL licenses isn’t enough to keep our roads safe. The @FMCSA

A Federal Judge Blocked Trump's National Guard Deployment to DC But Troops Aren't Leaving Just Yet

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday ordered President Donald Trump to end the deployment of National Guard troops to the nation’s capital.But the ruling is unlikely to be the final word by the courts, the president or local leadersin the contentious duel over the federal district.

 

U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb put her order on hold for 21 days to allow the Trump administration time to either remove the troops or appeal the decision. The ruling marks another flashpoint in themonths-long legal battle between local leaders and the president over longstanding norms about whether troops can support law enforcement activities on American streets.

 

Trump issued an emergency order in the capital in August,federalizing the local police forceand sending in National Guard troops from eight states and the District of Columbia.The order expired a month later but the troops remained.

 

The soldiers have patrolled Washington’s neighborhoods, monuments, train stations, and high-traffic streets.They have set up checkpointson highways and supported federal agents in raids that have arrested hundreds of people, often for immigration-related infractions. They’ve also been assigned to pick up trash, guard sports events, conventions and concerts and have been seen taking selfies with tourists and residents alike.

 

The White House has said Trump’s deployment was legal and vowed to appeal the ruling.

 

Here's what to know about the National Guard deployment in the nation's capital.

 

The judge ruled the deployment was unlawful

 

District of Columbia Attorney General Brian Schwalb filed the lawsuit against the administration that led to Cobb’s ruling.

 

Cobb ruled that Trump's troop deployment violated the governance of the capital for a variety of reasons, including that the president had taken powers that officially resided in Congress; that the federal district's autonomy from other states had been violated; and that Trump had moved to make the troop deployment a possibly permanent fixture of the city.

 

“At its core, Congress has given the District rights to govern itself. Those rights are infringed upon when defendants approve, in excess of their statutory authority, the deployment of National Guard troops to the District,” Cobb wrote.

 

The judge also added that D.C. “suffers a distinct injury from the presence of out-of-state National Guard units” because “the Constitution placed the District exclusively under Congress’sauthority to prevent individual states from exerting any influence over the nation’s capital.”

 

Cobb added that repeated extensions of the troop deployment by the National Guard into next year “could be read to suggest that the use of the (D.C. National Guard) for crime deterrence and public safety missions in the District may become longstanding, if not permanent.”

 

Troops won't necessarily leave the capital following the ruling

 

The Trump administration has three weeks to appeal the decision andWhite House officials have already vowed to oppose it.Troops remained stationed around the city on Friday after the ruling came down.

 

Before the ruling, states with contingents in the capital had ppindicated their missions would wrap up around the end of November unless ordered otherwise by the administration. According to formal orders reviewed by The Associated Press, the Washington D.C. National Guard will be deployed to the nation’s capital through the end of February.== One court document indicated that the contingent could stay into next summer. Deployments in Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon and Chicago have each faced court challenges with divergent rulings. The administration has had to scale back its operations in Chicago and Portland while it appeals in both cases.

The White House stands by the deployment

The White House says theGuard's presence in the capital is a central part of what it calls successful crime-fighting efforts. It dismissed the ruling as wrongly decided.

 

“President Trump is well within his lawful authority to deploy the National Guard in Washington, D.C., to protect federal assets and assist law enforcement with specific tasks,” said White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson. “This lawsuit is nothing more than another attempt — at the detriment of DC residents — to undermine the President’s highly successful operations to stop violent crime in DC.”

 

That stands in contrast to what local D.C. leaders say.

 

Schwalb, the District's attorney general, praised the judge's decision and argued that the arrangement the president had sought for the city would weaken democratic principles.

 

“From the beginning, we made clear that the U.S. military should not be policing American citizens on American soil," Schwalb said in a statement.“Normalizing the use of military troops for domestic law enforcement sets a dangerous precedent, where the President can disregard states’ independence and deploy troops wherever and whenever he wants,with no check on his military power.” (There isn’t a check on his military power by the public, he is Commander in Chief, you assholes.==)

 

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, who has tried to strike a balance between working with some federal authorities and the opposition of some of her voters, has not publicly commented about the ruling.

The case could have legal implications for Trump's deployment of National Guard troops to other cities across the country.Dozens of states had joined the case, with their support for each side split along party lines.

 

The District of Columbia has always had a unique relationship with the federal government.But the legal dispute in D.C. raises some similar questions over the president's power to deploy troops to aid in domestic law enforcement activities and whether the National Guard can be mobilized indefinitely without the consent of local leaders.

 

Prior to the D.C. deployment, Trump in June mobilized National Guard troops in Los Angeles as some in the city protested against immigration enforcement activities. Since deploying troops to Washington, Trump has also dispatched National Guard troops to Chicago, Portland and Charlotte, with more cities expected to see deployments in the future.

 

The mostly Democratic governors and mayors who lead the cities and states in the administration’s crosshairs broadly oppose the deployments. Gov. JB Pritzker of Illinois, in a November interview with the AP, warned of the “militarization of our American cities." Pritzker and other Democratic governors have been among the most intense legal opponents to Trump's troop deployments and federal agent surges nationwide.

 

Some Republican leaders have welcomed federal law enforcement intervention into their states and lent state resources and agents.

 

Yet some of Trump's allies have expressed concern. Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt, chair of the Republican Governors Association, warned thatTrump's deployment of National Guard troops without a state's consent “sets a very dangerous precedent.”(Did prior presidents ask for permission, he is the President and Commander in Chief, he was decreasing major crimes. WWI Veterans marched on Washington for promised payment in 1932

Did you know that the U.S. Government dispatched 3,500 Army troops onto Washington D.C. streets under leadership of General Douglas MacArthur to drive off an assembled ‘army’ of WWI Veteran demonstrators?

 

It began with 400 veterans who assembled in Portland, OR by May 17, 1932, intent on marching on the nation’s capital to rally support for early payment of the promised Service Bonus (also known as the Tombstone Bonus) for WWI servicemen, promised to be paid in 1945. By June, approximately 1,500 men had assembled to demand the payment early to offset hardship of the Great Depression, which had begun in 1929.

 

On July 28 after failed attempts to dissuade the veterans from continuing to gather, and with some 10-20 thousand WWI veterans assembled (amid a total group more than twice that size) within central Washington, President Hoover sent in the Army and police to expel the marchers. Both General MacArthur and George Patton took part in efforts to drive off the many veterans from shanty towns and camps that were spread across many blocks, and the troops were instructed to use both tear gas and bayonets to drive away the demonstrators. The camps were lit with torches as an additional inducement.

 

The camp established at 3rd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue was run over by five tanks with mounted machine guns atop.

 

Four years later, in 1936, the veterans were paid their bonus, nine years early, when Congress overrode President Franklin Roosevelt’s veto.

US Expands Sanctions on Iran’s Energy Trade Snaring Wide Array of Companies

The United States expanded its sanctions against Iran’s energy trade with coordinated actions by both the State Department and the Treasury. The efforts continue to increase the reach beyond Iranian operations to target the front companies and enablers of the energy trade, as well as tankers being used for the shipments.

 

The Trump administration highlights that it has sanctioned over 170 vessels responsible for shipping Iranian crude and petroleum products. In addition to going after international companies, it also expanded the sanctions to increase the actions against Iranian airline Mahan Air. It says the airline has been used to arm and supply Iran’s proxy groups.

 

The Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) said its focus was on a network of front companies and shipping facilitators that bankroll the Iranian armed forces by selling crude oil. It contends that Iran has increasingly come to rely on the sale of its crude oil to supplement its annual budget and finance the rebuilding of its “depleted forces” after the war with Israel and the U.S. bombing earlier this year.

 

OFAC listed six additional vessels, some of which it says have been chartered by the various front companies to deliver the oil or conduct ship-to-ship transfers. It included vessels registered in Palau, Gambia, and Panama, used both for crude shipments and petroleum products, including liquified petroleum gas (LPG).

 

One vessel alone, Palau-registered Pioneer Sam (69,629 dwt), they allege has transported more than 30 shipments over the past two years, moving over 10 million barrels of Iranian fuel oil. They contend these tankers are moving crude and LPG to customers in East and South Asia, including Pakistan and Bangladesh.

 

At the center of the network, they said, is a company, Sepehr Energy Jahan, that is linked to the Armed Forces General Staff. Treasury associated the company to charterers and others in the UAE, a Panama-based shipping company, and others. Expanding the efforts, it also listed Germany-based trading company BPT Berlin Petroleum Trading, which is alleged to have arranged shipments via STS near Malaysia, and a Greek shipping company, Altomare, which it says chartered the Panama-flagged tanker Kallista to the front companies. They contend this vessel transported nearly four million barrels of oil on behalf of Sepehr Energy Jahan.

 

Concurrently, the State Department designated 17 entities, individuals, and vessels, which it said were all linked to the Iranian energy trade. It said that the previously listed Iranian Ministry of Petroleum, Iranian Oil Company, and National Iranian Tanker Company continue to rely on third-country service providers. State listed a maritime service provider in Singapore, ANBO Shipping also based in Singapore, and individuals in Singapore. It also designated a Marshall Islands-based shipping company and manager, and another company based in Vietnam, which manages two vessels. Another company is a commercial manager based in the UAE.

 

Among the vessels included by the State Department are two crude tankers flagged in Vietnam and a Comoros-flagged vessel.

 

The announcement of the sanctions came as Bloomberg reported that the U.S. Navy has used one of its destroyers deployed to the Caribbean to block the route of a sanctioned tanker bound for Venezuela. That tanker has been linked in the past to the Iranian trade and supplying Venezuela, as well as carrying products from Russia.

 

Since returning to the presidency in January 2025, Donald Trump has moved aggressively against the Iranian oil trade. The administration launched sanction packages against Iran in February and again in May.

I'm sperg. Born that way ~70 years ago. Not diagnosed until I was an adult, but it was obvious that I was different than my siblings.

The current vaccine schedule did not exist. The only vaccine I remember getting was the sugar cube for polio in the '60s. I was different before then.

Because I grew up as a religious minority—a Greek Orthodox kid treading water in the Kelly-green sea of Chicago Irish Catholics—I was never all that keen on hunting down the heretics.

Which is a true observation but that does not stop them from calling on the masses for that one deranged person. They have a history with the deranged crowd. In a letter dated Nov. 19, and reviewed by The Washington Post,Pentagon General Counsel Earl Matthews alleges that Vindman and his twin brother Alex did not have approval from the U.S. government before seeking to act as “paid brokers” for American defense firmspursuing contracts with Ukraine after Russia’s 2022 full-scale invasion.

 

The letter does not explicitly allege the Vindmans received money from the Ukrainian government,arguing only that they “did not insulate themselves from the requirements of federal law.”

 

Eugene Vindman told The Post that their revenue came only from American firms and that they obeyed necessary regulations.

 

The Vindman brothers — who received national attention while serving on the National Security Council during Trump’s first impeachment in 2019 — are both retired Army officers, and needed the consent of the U.S. secretary of state and Army secretary before working on behalf of a foreign government, the letter argues.

 

“If any U.S. military retiree could simply form a ‘consulting firm’ and immediately start providing services to a foreign government without the required secretarial approvals, it would make a mockery of the law,”Matthews writes in a letter addressed to the House committees on ethics, oversight and armed services.

 

But in an interview, Eugene Vindman denied the allegations and called them a politically motivated attack.

 

“This is an attempt to intimidate and silence me, and it ain’t going to work,” he said. Spokespeople for the House committees that received the letter did not respond to requests for comment.

 

In a statement, a Pentagon spokesperson said the department was “aware of a potential violation of the emoluments clause and applicable federal regulations by Rep. Vindman before he entered Congress and has referred the matter to the House Committee on Ethics.”

The Greenpeace environment group said Sunday that France was sending reprocessed uranium to Russia for treatment so it can be reused, despite the war in Ukraine.

 

For the first time in three years, nuclear waste from France will be imported into Russia. 10 containers with radioactive waste were loaded onto the ship "Mikhail Dudin" at the port of Dunkirk in northern France, which will head to Saint Petersburg.

 

From there, the dangerous cargo is to be transported to the Rosatom plant in Seversk, Tomsk region, for further processing.

 

Russia’s Rosatom has the only facility in the world at Seversk in Siberia capable of carrying out key parts of the conversion of reprocessed uranium to enriched reprocessed uranium.

 

Uranium can be reprocessed so it can be reenriched and reused. With uranium prices rising again on international markets, it is increasingly worthwhile for power companies to seek reprocessing of spent fuel.

 

Greenpeace members on Saturday filmed the loading of about 10 containers with radioactive labels onto a cargo ship in the Channel port of Dunkirk, the NGO said.

 

The Panamanian-registered ship, the Mikhail Dudin, is regularly used to carry enriched or natural uranium from France to

 

St Petersburg, according to Greenpeace.

But Saturday's consignment was the first of reprocessed uranium to be observed for three years, it added.

The BBC has "serious questions to answer", a cross-party group of MPs has said, following reports that a Panorama documentary misled viewers by editing a speech by US President Donald Trump.

 

The Telegraph said it had seen an internal memo suggesting the programme edited two parts of Trump's speech together so he appeared to explicitly encourage the Capitol Hill riots of January 2021.

 

The House of Commons culture, media and sport committee said it had written to BBC chairman Samir Shah to ask what action is being taken over the concerns raised in the memo.

 

A BBC spokesperson said: "While we don't comment on leaked documents, when the BBC receives feedback it takes it seriously and considers it carefully."

 

Caroline Dinenage, head of the committee, said MPs "need to be reassured that those at the very top of the BBC are treating these issues with the seriousness they deserve".

 

She said the committee was also looking to ensure the BBC was "taking decisive steps to uphold the corporation's reputation for integrity and public trust".

 

"The corporation must set the benchmark for accurate and fair reporting, especially in a media landscape where it is all too easy to find news presented in a less than impartial way," she said.

 

Downing Street said Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy and senior officials in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport have received a copy of the internal memo, and have been assured by the BBC that the corporation is examining the issues it raises.

 

The prime minister's spokesman said: "We take any criticisms of the BBC's editorial standards very seriously and we expect the BBC to consider any feedback that they receive seriously and carefully."

'Distortion of the day's events'

 

The one-hour programme, Trump: A Second Chance?, was broadcast last year and was made for the BBC by independent production company October Films Ltd, which has also been approached for comment.

 

In his speech in Washington DC on 6 January 2021, Trump said: "We're going to walk down to the Capitol, and we're going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women."

 

However, in Panorama's edit, he was shown saying: "We're going to walk down to the Capitol… and I'll be there with you. And we fight. We fight like hell."

 

The two sections of the speech that were edited together were more than 50 minutes apart.

 

The "fight like hell" comment was taken from a section where President Trump discussed how "corrupt" US elections were. In total, he used the words "fight" or "fighting" 20 times in the speech.

 

After showing the president speaking, the programme played footage of flag-waving men marching on the Capitol, the Telegraph said.

 

According to the leaked memo, this "created the impression President Trump's supporters had taken up his 'call to arms'". But that footage was in fact shot before the president had started speaking.

 

On 6 January 2021, hundreds of Trump supporters stormed the US Capitol, protesting about Joe Biden's election victory. Five people died in relation to the riot.

 

The House of Representatives accused Trump of encouraging violence with false claims of election fraud, but he was acquitted of an impeachment charge that he incited a mob to storm the Capitol.

The newspaper said a whistleblower sent a copy of the 19-page dossier to every member of the BBC board last month. BBC News has not seen a copy of the memo.

 

In its statement, the BBC said: "Michael Prescott is a former adviser to a board committee where differing views and opinions of our coverage are routinely discussed and debated."

 

BBC News has approached Mr Prescott for comment.

 

BBC Arabic under scrutiny

 

Meanwhile, the Telegraph has also reported that Mr Prescott raised concerns about a lack of action to address "systemic problems" of bias in BBC Arabic's coverage of the Israel-Gaza war.

 

The paper said BBC Arabic put some pro-Hamas and antisemitic commentators on air hundreds of times, and that Mr Prescott said an internal report found "stark differences" between how BBC Arabic and the main BBC News website covered the conflict.

 

Mr Prescott said BBC Arabic's treatment of one story "was designed to minimise Israeli suffering and paint Israel as the aggressor", while allegations against Israel were "raced to air" without adequate checks, suggesting either carelessness or "a desire always to believe the worst about Israel", the Telegraph reported.

 

In response, a BBC spokesperson said: "With regard to BBC News Arabic, where mistakes have been made or errors have occurred we have acknowledged them at the time and taken action.

 

"We have also previously acknowledged that certain contributors should not have been used and have improved our processes to avoid a repeat of this."

The U.S. Court of International Trade incredibly ruled against the United States of America on desperately needed Tariffs but, fortunately, the full 11 Judge Panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court has just stayed the order by the Manhattan-based Court of International Trade.

Where do these initial three Judges come from? How is it possible for them to have potentially done such damage to the United States of America?

Is it purely a hatred of “TRUMP?” What other reason could it be?

I was new to Washington, and it was suggested that I useThe Federalist Societyas a recommending source on Judges.

I did so, openly and freely, but then realized that they were under the thumb ofa real “sleazebag” named Leonard Leo, a bad person who, in his own way, probably hates America, and obviously has his own separate ambitions.

He openly brags how he controls Judges, and even Justices of the United States Supreme Court — I hope that is not so, and don’t believe it is!

In any event, Leo left The Federalist Society to do his own “thing.” I am so disappointed in The Federalist Society because of the bad advice they gave me on numerous Judicial Nominations.

This is something that cannot be forgotten!With all of that being said, I am very proud of many of our picks, but very disappointed in others.

They always must do what’s right for the Country!

In this case, it is only because of my successful use of Tariffs that many Trillions of Dollars have already begun pouring into the U.S.A. from other Countries, money that, without these Tariffs, we would not be able to get.

It is the difference between having a rich, prosperous, and successful United States of America, and quite the opposite. The ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade is so wrong, and so political!

Hopefully, the Supreme Court will reverse thishorrible, Country threateningdecision, QUICKLY and DECISIVELY.

Backroom “hustlers” must not be allowed to destroy our Nation!

The horrific decision stated that I would have to get the approval of Congress for these Tariffs.

In other words, hundreds of politicians would sit around D.C. for weeks, and even months, trying to come to a conclusion as to what to charge other Countries that are treating us unfairly.

If allowed to stand, this would completely destroy Presidential Power — The Presidency would never be the same! This decision is being hailed all over the World by every Country, other than the United States of America.

Radical Left Judges, together with some very bad people, are destroying America. Under this decision, Trillions of Dollars would be lost by our Country, money that will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

It would be the harshest financial ruling ever leveled on us as a Sovereign Nation. The President of the United States must be allowed to protect America against those that are doing it Economic and Financial harm.
