You ever read about how angry God was that david trusted in his military might, rather than God.

Ever read about Davids census? Ever wonder why cops are so hell bent on getting everyone's ID, and are willing to violate federal law to get it?

Biblical times.

Notice you don't answer the question.

Authority TAKEN is not authority granted.

Authority was forced on all, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, but those who TAKE authority not givenโ€ฆ. well they're fucked.

You seem to be misinformed. We are a constitutional representative republic, the Constitution protects the minority from majority vote. Our rights CAN NOT BE STRIPPED BY THE MAJORITY.

So again, who is above congress to hold them accountable to our laws and constitution?

>Whom vote for representation based upon what the majority of voters feels best aligns with what the majority of voters believe is for their good

Did you "mistype" when you left off that the constitution protects the minority from majority vote at the same time as claiming we are a democratic republic?

>"Will Of The Majorityโ„ข" had the right to get rid of the "Muh Constitution"

So which is it? Does the majority rule or is the majority under the constitution?

When the constitution itself protects the right to overthrow the US government, apparently it's both.

Ever wonder if that was by design, you know like to "divide" in say ~300 years?

>common interest

False. Again, the constitution protects the minority from majority rule. The people have the right to throw off government when government no longer obeys the constitution.

Government IS seizing citizens property illegally, so answer your own question. Do citizens have the right to kill government employees?

WRONG.

The US Constitution itself, specifically the 9th amendment, DOES in fact protect rights that are unenumerated in the constitution, but retained and reserved by the people. The rights spelled out in our founding document, the Declaration of Independence, are indeed retained and reserved by the people and are protected by the US Constitution.

For it is:

Do this, do that,

a rule for this, a rule for that[a];

a little here, a little there.โ€

11 Very well then, with foreign lips and strange tongues

God will speak to this people,

12 to whom he said,

โ€œThis is the resting place, let the weary restโ€;

and, โ€œThis is the place of reposeโ€โ€”

but they would not listen.

13 So then, the word of the Lord to them will become:

Do this, do that,

a rule for this, a rule for that;

a little here, a little thereโ€”

so that as they go they will fall backward;

they will be injured and snared and captured.

>I have free speech! Why would I want to say something my government doesn't approve of?

You said we're free to eat what we wantโ€ฆ but that was a lie. People go to jail for eating/ingesting what they wantโ€ฆ. yet government was never given that authority. They simply took it.
