Because, basically what it boils down to is I don't believe that a person that breaks into a house should be allowed to stay in the house they broke into, with the house owner on the hook for all the expenses to house them in the house they broke into, just so the people that broke the law to break into the house can be given the same "due process" a citizen receives just to delay for as long as possible their removal from the house. They can be treated with courtesy, consideration, and respect, that's a basic human right that everyone can agree on, but they are not entitled to the same rights and privileges the constitution provides a citizen just because they're standing on the same soil, that's not a citizen, that's a guest, and guests can overstay their welcome.
