The reason Biden's doctor pled the 5th after getting a subpoena, is because he knew, from bloodtest/DNA results, that the "Biden" he reported to was not the real Biden, the real Biden died 2020.

He could not testify to the truth without incriminating himself as complicit, hence the 5th.
