if the president would reclassify all hydrocarbons naturally found in the ground as 'toxic material' that 'needed to be disposed of' in a 'safe way' that would reduce them to their 'most benign form' then the 'mining or pumping' would be reclassified as 'toxic clean up, one of the holy grails of democrat profiteering.
so the democrats have put 'cleanup' as the most important thing, dump billions into imaginary spills and give billions to 'clean up' what often isn't even dirty.
in that case the wells in california would be declared 'contamination areas' and then the material would be transferable through federal edict under environmental law where the transport would be expedited and the ceasing of land through eminent domain would be sanctioned.
And then they would be 'reduced' to a less toxic form in a refinary, reclassified as a 'toxic materials reduction facility' and then people's automobiles would be classified as 'toxic hydro carbon transformation devices' and the 'toxic petrol' would be further reduced to it's more benighn form as 'C02 and H20'
also 'natural gas' would be piped, and through emininet domain pipelines built so that this explosive material would be removed from the swamps and fields where it gathers, by very efficient 'toxic natural gas collection mechanisms' and then transported to be 'cleanly burned' in people's furnaces and for cooking.
use the 'clean up the environment' laws against the digusting profiteers in the 'environmental' clean up industry in a way that carries on what works, what is clean and safe, and what keeps the economy rolling.
