fenbendazole 1000mg/day for a month
ivermectin 8x12mg pills/day for a month
probiotics (up to 10 capsules a day, especially towards the end and after the antibiotics for a week after)
D3 5000iu & MK7 300mcg

I was doing the 1000mg fenbendazole before I heard of that regime. It's about a heaped tablespoon of panacur paste. I chose to do that every couple of weeks instead of the daily regime that mycancerstory.rocks mentions. The 8x12mg ivermectin is also tested by me. No problems observed.
The doxy is overlooked. Some of what we are dealing with is atypical bacteria, especially in lungs
