What is an FSA card? Is it the same as an OTC card?
Are they similar to NCSWIC/EBT/SNAP Benefit cards?

Do any of those URI's listed seem suspicious to anyone? Does anyone have an FSA card and know how & why they are codified to certain members of the public? Does finances have anything to do with acquisition of 'human resources' such as… ahem, semen? Do you think it's plausible that mother's with male children whom are struggling with socio-economic issues and even OUD/MMT recovery (due to the opiate/opioid crisis, divorce, broken homes, destruction of the family unit, emasculation of men in order to stunt heterosexual ideals) would use a federal program to recoup costs of raising children, after they've reached past the age of 26 (when insurance officially ends for adult children for parents), to trade biological/bio-hazardous wastes for perks and discounts, even cash supplementation?
