Bessent and Trump keep saying it's going to be a big year for tax refunds…..but never really clarify what that means. Substantial has been tossed around also….They've both said "major tax refunds going out this year (2026).

While $1000 or $2000 is a nice windfall, I wouldn't classify it as substantial. It's not life altering. And certainly wouldn't usher in the Golden Age of America, not for me anyways (too many bills). Yes, of course it would help….

But what's the real plan? Something very big has to break for it to be considered the Golden Age….
