1-2% interest is enough.
I was watching military tech vid where the drones have these cameras that scan the area, and an AI chip displays in real-time where the enemy is to the soldiers via their HUD visors.
Give that tech to soldiers that can shoot the target 100% of the time with a pistol from 100 yards away, and it's game over.
Leviticus 27:30: "A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord."
A tithe = 10%.
So you can use this money to build or renovate temples and altars to God, feeding the poor and travelers, Christmas toys for kids, etc.
A tithe can also mean 10% of your time and energy. Like handing out Bibles, helping people understand God, bringing people to God.
It's better not to preach hell, but to ask people why they've tried everything but God. Reading the Bible is the most important. Everything is in there. Genesis gives massive advice on how to create a stable family, Exodus is the importance of Gratitude, Job explains what God uses the Devil and suffering for, etc.
