Guo Wengui is a dissent from China on Jiang Zemin's side of the CCP political fraction. Basically he has info on Xi Jinping (current Chinese president) corruption and other info that could bring down the current power of the party. Neither are good people it is a civil war in China, a war that know one is able to report about.
