On Q's use of exclamation points โ€“ we are seeing them moar frequently in the 'signatures' now. The first use of WWG1WGA with an exclamation point was #1362. The earliest use in the signatures is This is not a game! (#145) but by #187 or so it lost the exclamation point.

 

There were seldom used in the first hundred or so, except for !!! as a standalone comment, and in other text besides signatures. I'm observant of punctuation because some forms (markers, kill box, use of capitals or not) seems to be significant and develops over time.

Amid all the focus on Russian meddling in the U.S. electoral process, some officials are warning about influence by a different world power: China.

 

And one target of their concern is the proliferation of Confucius Institutes on more than 100 American college campuses - including the University of New Hampshire.

 

The institutes, which teach Chinese language, history and culture, are funded by China's ministry of education.

 

In a hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this month, Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., told FBI Director Christopher Wray he believes that Confucius Institutes are "complicit" in Chinese government efforts "to covertly influence public opinion and to teach half-truths designed to present Chinese history, government or official policy in the most favorable light."

 

Wray replied that the FBI shares the concern and has been "watching that development for a while."

 

"We have seen some decrease recently in their own enthusiasm and commitment to that particular program, but it is something that we're watching warily and, in certain instances, have developed, you know, appropriate investigative steps," Wray said. He did not elaborate and the hearing moved on to other topics.

 

UNH has hosted a Confucius Institute on its Durham campus since 2010. The partnership came under fire from UNH faculty in the past, but the controversy died down after UNH took steps to address their concerns

Representatives of Fusion GPS must answer a broad array of questions about the opposition research firmโ€™s role in creating, investigating and disseminating the infamous Steele dossier, a federal judge ruled.

U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro issued the decision Tuesday in a defamation lawsuit a Russian tech executive filed against BuzzFeed News, which published the dossier on Jan. 10, 2017.

The trial is scheduled to begin in Miami in November.

Ungaro ruled that attorneys for the executive, Aleksej Gubarev, can ask Fusion GPS representatives in a deposition about the firmโ€™s dossier clients, its efforts to verify the dossier, its decision to hire dossier author Christopher Steele and its interactions with government officials and media outlets, including BuzzFeed.

Fusion GPS, which was founded by three former Wall Street Journal reporters, has resisted efforts to provide information about its work on the dossier. The firm has claimed that revealing details about its dossier work would violate its confidentiality clauses with its clients as well as its First Amendment rights to political free speech. [snip]

Ungaro largely rejected Fusionโ€™s First Amendment objection, saying the firmโ€™s business relationships with its clients โ€œare not protected from disclosure by the First Amendment even though the opposition research it conducts on behalf of clients may be political in nature.โ€

โ€œThis ruling gave us everything that we had hoped for,โ€ Evan Fray-Witzer, a lawyer for Gubarev, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Gubarev has vehemently denied the allegations and claims that BuzzFeed was negligent in failing to investigate the claims before publishing the dossier.

BuzzFeed has defended its decision to publish the document, saying it disclosed in an article revealing the dossier that the document had not been verified. Smith has argued the public had a right to know what information government officials were sharing about Trump.

Gubarevโ€™s attorneys have sought to question Fusion GPS executives in order to find out whether the allegations about Gubarev were investigated and whether BuzzFeed News was warned about the accuracy of the claims.

Steele, who is being sued by Gubarev in London, revealed in court filings in 2017 that he had not verified the final dossier memo before BuzzFeed published the document.

Fusion GPS has denied being BuzzFeedโ€™s source. It has been widely speculated that a longtime associate of Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain provided the dossier to BuzzFeed. David Kramer, a former Department of State official, was with McCain when the Republican was first told about the dossier by Sir Andrew Wood, the former U.K. ambassador to Russia and an associate of Steeleโ€™s.

In late November 2016, Kramer traveled to London on McCainโ€™s behalf to meet with Steele. Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson has testified to Congress that he and Steele discussed whether to provide the dossier to Kramer. Simpson told Congress he had long known Kramer and trusted him with the dossier."

People living in the community of Briar Creek near Berwick were surprised to learn that someone would travel all the way from Oklahoma to tell someone that he wants to kill the president.

As it turns out, that wasn't the only unusual part of the story.

Troopers arrested Jeffrey Boyd, 55, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, for making threats against President Trump.

"I was shocked, and I called my mom right away because I had to tell somebody what was going on. She was like, 'Well if they've got a gun drawn, it's something major.' And I'm like, 'Yeah, the question is how major and what is it?' " said Lacey Garrison of Berwick.

Authorities say a woman went to state police in Shickshinny and told them she is an active Trump supporter on Twitter and had communicated a few times with Jeffrey Boyd.

She told troopers that on Monday, Boyd showed up at her front door. She agreed to have lunch with him the next day.

The owner of Hog's Hollow Saloon near Briar Creek tells Newswatch 16 that Boyd and the woman had lunch there on Tuesday. He ran into Boyd in the parking lot and said he was acting confused and manic.

According to state police, the woman said Boyd told her at lunch that the CIA is doing tests on him and that he is hearing voices in his head telling him to kill President Trump and his family.

"It's a scary thought that someone would come from Tulsa to get to this area just to hunt down the president, so those are scary things," said Bob Reap of Berwick.

After hearing her story, troopers searched for Boyd and found him in the parking lot of a grocery store in Briar Creek. They searched his vehicle and found a loaded gun and extra ammunition.

Boyd is locked up in Columbia County, but the incident makes people in the area uneasy.

"We moved here from New Jersey, and I thought, 'Who's gonna bomb a cow?' Like I'd rather live here than close to New York. But when it's like that, it's like, OK, this is too close, very close," said Lynda Cartier of Briar Creek.

Boyd is locked up on $1 million bail.

But like any other technical achievement the space mirror could also be employed for military purposes and, furthermore, it would be a most horrible weapon, far surpassing all previous weapons. It is well known that fairly significant temperatures can be generated by concentrating the sun's rays using a concave mirror (in a manner similar to using a so-called "burning glass"). Even when a mirror has only the size of the human hand, it is possible to ignite a handheld piece of paper or even wood shavings very simply in its focus

Imagine that the diameter of a mirror of this type is not just 10 cm, but rather several hundreds or even thousands of meters, as would be the case for a space mirror. Then, even steel would have to melt and refractory materials would hardly be able to withstand the heat over longer periods of time, if they were exposed to solar radiation of such an enormous concentration.

 

Now, if we visualize that the observer in the space station using his powerful telescope can see the entire combat area spread out before him like a giant plan showing even the smallest details, including the staging areas and the enemy's hinterland with all his access routes by land and sea, then we can envision what a tremendous weapon a space mirror of this type, controlled by the observer in orbit, would be!

 

It would be easy to detonate the enemy's munitions dumps, to ignite his war material storage area, to melt cannons, tank turrets, iron bridges, the tracks of important train stations, and similar metal objects. Moving trains, important war factories, entire industrial areas and large cities could be set ablaze. Marching troops or ones in camp would simply be charred when the beams of this concentrated solar light were passed over them. And nothing would be able to protect the enemy's ships from being destroyed or burned out, like bugs are exterminated in their hiding place with a torch, regardless of how powerful the ships may be, even if they sought refuge in the strongest sea fortifications.

 

They would really be death rays! And yet they are no different from this lifegiving radiation that we welcome everyday from the sun; only a little "too much of a good thing." However, all of these horrible things may never happen, because a power would hardly dare to start a war with a country that controls weapons of this dreadful nature.

Understanding Anons

In the beginning, we warned each other and Q later confirmed we'd be accused of violence performed by bad actors pretending to be anons. All anons that are true to the movement have easily agreed violence is futileโ€“and undesired. If you see violence, do not assume it is performed by anons; know that bad actors make it appear to be the work of anons.

 

Anons are deep thinkers with ingrained American patriotism. We were awakened to criminals early on and began to gather evidence and solve complex problems. To protect ourselves and the movement, we agreed anonymous identity was the only way to forge ahead. We also agreed that no censorship would occur and we would work online in the midst of other wretched anonymous online posters. Alongside the terrible images and posts falling around our research posts in the forums, we easily recognized anon genius at work. Decrepit posts by enemies of the movement continue to offend newly arrived online posters (normies). It actually works in our favor in that it causes many thin-skinned people to turn away rather than stay and muddy-up the results of our research. From our toils, graphic images called "memes" (pronounced meems) make their way out onto the Internet showing our research results or simply carrying the theories we espouse.

 

Who do You Believe?

The mainstream media (MSM) companies like NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, PBS and others are firmly under the control of bad actors through blackmail or bribery and including things as simple as threat to the welfare of their families, the threat of job loss or outing private activities they want to remain private. Though this does not exonerate the seditious narrative MSM employees have and continue to push, it is recognizable to anons who are only human. One of the things the MSM has done to complicate the ability for Truth to be revealed is to reinvent the phrase conspiracy theory. Long ago, they began the habit of reporting undesired news using the phrase "conspiracy theory" with news stories they believed the general populace would consider laughable or absurd. Over time, since only the laughable or absurd was called conspiracy theory, they essentially co-opted the phrase to manage stories they had to report on to stay competitive, yet needed to fade away into the forgetful fog of ridiculousness.

U.S. Laws clearly acknowledge conspiracies exist. When one has a theory that someone has conspired to commit an illegal offense, let's face it, the theory concerning that conspiracy is, at first, truly a conspiracy theory. When Alfonse Capone defrauded the IRS, the FBI had a conspiracy theory that he was defrauding the IRS and researched that theory until it became clear an actual conspiracy occurred. Then they arrested him. Conspiracies begin as conspiracy theory and remain so unless proven. Then they simply become conspiracy (without the theory tagged on). Few are laughable or absurd. They are potential crime. Anons have uncovered a plethora of potential crimes. Through research, many of these potential crimes have become prosecutable crimes, moving them from conspiracy theory to full-blooded conspiracy. It's what we do and we do it well, backing it up with proof or "sauce" as we call it.

 

Our Mission Targets

Crime has existed through all of Mankind's existence. At one time in our history, as far back as 2000 years ago, the average person was beholden to (i.e. under the thumb of) kings, queens, slave owners or wealthy families. Though in today's world we have fewer kings, queens or slave owners, we do have many, many wealthy families. Anons have discovered an enormous amount of informationโ€“proof as well as theoryโ€“about bad actors in these wealthy families, some of it going back hundreds of years. It goes deeper than one could imagine and is darker than one could normally fathom.

 

Now, for the first time since President Ronald Reagan, Americans have the opportunity to remove the controlling yoke of these wealthy bad actors. These criminals have been the driving force behind war, famine, unrest and crime for far too long. The driving reason we have this opportunity is due to the existence of the Internet. Through social media sites like 8chan (8ch.net), we are "red pilling" (see the movie The Matrix) massive amounts of people in clear sight of, and to the frustration of, the MSM. Traditional news agencies are panicking as they have clearly lost control of the narrative. The Public has control now through social media. With this advantage and the wonderful existence of true patriots in our government, we are moving towards the "Great Awakening" in spite of the controlling MSM's efforts. Join us. State police say a woman reported 55-year-old Jeffrey Gardner of Tulsa, Okla., drove to her house Monday saying he had a story to tell her.

 

Gardner reportedly told the woman that the CIA is conducting tests on him and sending messages to his head.

 

He also told her he hears voices telling him to kill President Donald Trump and the presidentโ€™s children, according to troopers.
