"Fusion" is a good fit for the censored portions.
Tony Blair talked to Gaddafi twice, trying to get him to cease hostilities. Gaffafi was insistent there were no hostilities and it was an Al-Qaeda attack. In 2016 Blair submitted transcripts of his two phone calls with Gaddafi to the UK parliament as evidence.
