How is it racist when its required of everyone? (Proof of citizenship)

They used the disabled to usher in touch screen voting. Then they cry racism for proof of citizenship. Is there any group of people they won't co-op to keep control?

But really, if its a voting requirement, its required of everybody. And if its required of everybody regardless of race, its not racist.
